Journal mission
The journal “Social and philosophical aspects of science and education” aims to advance various aspects of socio-cultural issues in education through professional interactions between members of the scientific and pedagogical community researching these issues in related fields.

The Journal’s primary goal is to provide analytical research into issues in science and education. Scientific reflection allows us to identify pain points and trends in the development of knowledge accumulation and renewal processes regarding socio-cultural phenomena, institutions, and organizations. We understand the need to integrate knowledge accumulated in the social sciences and humanities and encourage authors to adopt interdisciplinary approaches to understanding research topics.

Qualified scientific discussion is a means for advancing knowledge about individuals and society. The journal provides a platform for those wishing to express their views on key issues in science and education.
Editorial Policy
The publishers and Editorial Board of the Journal “Social and philosophical aspects of science and education” are guided by its Mission and adopted Declaration of Ethics. The publishers and Editorial Board are guided by the ethical rules and standards set forth in the Core Practices and Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing, as well as the principles developed by the Committee on Scientific Publication Ethics and the Declaration of the Association of Science Editors and Publishers “Ethical Principles of Scientific Publications.”

The editorial board adheres to ethical standards in its interactions with authors, reviewers, and publishing house staff. Therefore, the Editorial Board adheres to generally accepted standards of ethical conduct for all participants in the process of working with scientific materials.

The Editorial Board of the Journal The editorial board of the journal "Socio-philosophical aspects of science and education" is guided by the principles of scientific integrity, objectivity, and professionalism. It complies with Russian legislation on copyright, plagiarism, and the ethical principles supported by the community of leading scientific periodical publishers. It is responsible for upholding these ethical principles with respect to authors, reviewers, readers, publishers, and founders.is guided by the principles of scientific integrity, objectivity, and professionalism.

The authors of the papers submitted for publication in the journal "Socio-Philosophical Aspects of Science and Education" guarantee the originality of the articles. This means that the materials for publications are not under review in the editorial offices of other publications, and have not previously been published in their current or similar form. The authors confirm that their publication does not violate other people's copyrights, and guarantee the publisher damages in case of such violations.
The recommended originality of the publication material is at least 75%.
Responsibilities of Reviewers
A reviewer who believes they are insufficiently qualified to review a submitted manuscript, or who knows that a timely review will not be possible, must immediately notify the editors and decline to review it.

Reviewers are required to exercise maximum objectivity when evaluating a manuscript. Their decisions must be reasoned. Any personal criticism of the authors is excluded during the review. Reviewers are obligated to decline to conduct the review if, for any reason, they are unable to evaluate the manuscript impartially.

If a manuscript is found to contain plagiarized material not accompanied by references to the original source, or if it is similar to another manuscript or a previously published article, or if evidence of data falsification, fraud, or other ethical violations is discovered, the reviewer must notify the editorial board of any unfounded evidence of dishonesty on the part of the author of the manuscript being reviewed.
